Health and safety and security incidents are a regular occurrence for most shopping centres. The ability for retailers to rapidly summon a first-aid response is a great boon. Also should a security situation occur e.g. a shop theft then a method to swiftly and discreetly solicit a security response is paramount.

Many conventional centre communications use radio giving no visual representation of an event and no audit trails.

From the Alert CS tenant tablet or via the mobile app, retailers can signal an ‘Emergency’ or a ‘First Aid’ incident. The system immediately sounds and alert shows which unit an d what type of response is required on the floorplan.
