Occupancy App

The app is designed to give a visual indication of occupancy within retail units across the centre. It can be operated in three modes: live occupancy data, scheduled occupancy monitoring, monitoring of void units.

Live occupancy mode gives an instant visual indication of whether retail units are occupied or not. Centres describe this facility as a major boon during evacuation drills. It stops the practice of only partial evacuation of staff giving centres audit trails of units that didn’t fully evacuate.

Scheduled occupancy monitoring allows you to monitor retail units during times when no units should be occupied. Ensure all contractual and health and safety requirements are met. The app gives an audible alarm and visual indication should any unit have occupancy outside agreed contractual times.
